Why we rehearse TestFlight notes before reviewers read them

Store review remains a human process; what we can control is clarity. In our App Store Review Playbook cohorts, teams draft reviewer notes as if they were incident timelines: what changed, what was tested, and where known limitations live.

We avoid stacking marketing language into the resolution center. Instead, we pair screenshots with short captions that mirror guideline clauses in plain English. That discipline does not guarantee acceptance—Apple and Google policies shift—but it lowers ambiguity for both sides.

When a rejection arrives, we archive the thread, tag the guideline reference, and update an internal FAQ so the next release does not repeat the same question. The article is not legal advice; always run final language past counsel if you operate in regulated sectors.
