Returns & Refunds
1. Cooling-off for distance purchases
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies to a consumer purchase of our digital educational services, you may have cooling-off rights in specific circumstances. This policy supplements—not replaces—those rights.
2. 14-day window
If you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date listed in your confirmation, we refund fees paid minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already committed (clearly itemised in our reply).
3. Partial attendance
After a cohort begins, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where we fail to supply the service as described.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party licenses, app store fees, or hardware you purchase independently are non-refundable through Turboexcel.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@turboexcel.digital with your full name, course name, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 10 business days.
6. Processing method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Banks may take additional days to post credits.
7. Cancellations by Turboexcel
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort.
8. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may affect future enrolment.
