General Terms
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing turboexcel.digital and enrolling in or browsing our programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and services.
2. Program descriptions and changes
Course outlines, schedules, and mentor availability may change to reflect tooling updates or regulatory guidance. We will communicate material changes to enrolled participants via the email associated with their enquiry.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate contact details. You may not share access credentials for live sessions. Participants must meet any stated prerequisites (for example, development environment requirements) before joining intensive labs.
4. Intellectual property
Materials, templates, and recordings are licensed for personal learning during and after the cohort unless marked otherwise. Redistribution, resale, or automated scraping of content is prohibited. You retain rights to your own project code.
5. Acceptable use
Harassment of staff or participants, introduction of malware, or attempts to disrupt sessions will result in removal without refund except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turboexcel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of materials. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts. You may also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Termination and suspension
We may suspend access for breach of these terms or for operational safety. You may stop using services at any time; refund eligibility follows our Returns & Refunds policy.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms. The last updated date will change and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
